Method
- Cut open your avocados and scoop out the flesh into a medium sized bowl. Mash up the avocado using a fork.
- Dice the tomato and red onion into small pieces and add to the bowl.
- Add in the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and chili flakes. Mix everything together well until fully combined.
- Add in your parsley and again combine the mixture.
- Serve on a slice of toast or with tortilla chips.
Notes
*My family isn’t a fan of cilantro, which is why I used parsley. But feel free to use whichever herb you prefer, or mix in a bit of both!
