Initial Consultation (60 min) – $110 CAD
During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your health concerns and goals, medical history, current medications and supplements, and lifestyle habits. I want to get to know you! This makes it so much easier for me to make recommendations for you to live a healthier, happier life.
After the consultation, I’ll send you a protocol tailored to you and your goals. This includes recipes, supplement recommendations and lifestyle guidelines.
Follow Up Consults (30-45 min) – $70 CAD
During these follow-up visits we will track your progress and make any necessary changes, if need be. You can also address any new concerns that arise or any issues you have with your plan.
6 Session Package – $350 CAD
Get 1 session FREE when you prepay for your next 6 follow up consults! This does not include an initial consult, therefore an initial consult is required before purchasing this package.
Please note that this package is NOT specific to one condition. We can discuss any different conditions or health concerns that may arise until the 6 sessions have been used.
